We once were
able to scream
able to laugh
able to cry
We were beautiful
Our souls glowed happily
At least when we were writing.

We once were
Witty
and funny
and smart
We could bind you with power
and melt you with our sorrow
At least when we were writing.

But now
We silently scream
And dreams never come
And beauty has left us
And empiness fills us

And we are slowly breaking apart
Blowing away like dust
And dust is what we are
And dust is what we'll always be
Even this letter that I am writing
Is meaningless
And when I leave tomorrow
forever
Nobody will notice
Nobody ever notices when we leave.

We have nothing to live for
And nothing to die for
We walk in a place where all you see is black
Because the world is what we make it.

So together, we say goodbye.
And tomarrow we will be silent.
We all will be silent.

A poet's perfection
Is a poet's destruction.
Every lost poet
Is a fallen angel
Every last poet,
Every lost poet.
