Holocaust

wondering day by day will i leave
scared
wont be able to live through this hell called war
scared
will i ever be able to see those once familiar faces
scared
wondering everyday isnt this better to be here than dead?
scared
seeing people dear to me die
why shall i be punished for being jewish
scared
when will my last day near
is it today, is it tomorrow?
