Eyes follow the clock hands
Standing still frozen to its number
Tick tock tick tock
The seconds pass by monotonously
The magic of time doesn't work anymore
Time used to fly by quickly
Now it lies alone and silently
Refusing to speed up and end this rain
Leaving a void heart
You're gone.
Facing the window in isolation
Thunder crashes towards the ground
Striking in slow motion
The droplets of rain drench the ground in their melancholy
Gazing towards the sky
Seeing your face in the crystal clear clouds
Rain freezes to the skin
Numbness washes over
Blankness is what you left
This hellish storm isn't true
Now that you've left
This mind has lost its touch
The evil became perfect
A wondrous dream has taken life's place
Yet without you everything is naught
