(Talking) There was this show in Jackson, Mississippi.
What show? Said Jacob.
I don’t know it was just “The Show!”

Run, Jacob, run so you can let her know
Oh run, Jacob, run so you can let her know
Let Mama Jo know, that her heaters running low.

Why don’t you go to the big ol’ sloppy show?
Just tell me why don’t you go to the big ol’ sloppy show?
Please let Mama Jo know that her heaters running low.

He’s running fast, oh running so quickly now
He’s running fast now baby, running oh so quickly now
The white blurs on the street, were only sprinkles of snow.

Oh my Mama Jo, your heaters running low
Oh my, my, my, Mama Jo, your heater is surely running low
Whoa, no, no, no, no, no, no! That’s all you heard for the rest of the show!
