A man with no fear is not courageous, but free
For the same fire that fuels the soul
In all it’s intensity
Leaves scars unseen
Scars found deep within the realm of the mind
Scars placed there as a curse
A curse that reminds man of his abilities and inabilities
Fear is but a falsified feeling created as a restraint
For a man that removes his shackles
May step out into the real world
A world full of dreams
Dreams viewed as hopeless to a man in shackles
For a free man can do as he pleases
While a man in shackles is limited
Limited to what fear will allow him to do
For a man with no fear is not courageous
But free
