Depressing

i open my eyes and i see darkness
for my mind is polluted and grey
what they call a bright beautiful sun it never shines my way
all i can see is the dark around me
and the greyness that the morning brings
nothing around me is happy
not even a bird sings
no children run or play
for you cannot tell the difference between night and day
why is this world so depressing?
i thought this world was suppose to be a blessing?
People tell me all the time that its my fault i live the way i do
they say do not blame others only blame you
you have the choice to be happy or sad
mad or glad
but how do we have a choice upon our feelings?
if some one stabbed you it would hurt
and you would need time for healing
thats the way we are emotionally... stabbed and brused
feeling very sad maybe even abused
we need time to heal
for this is very real
after you heal from the physical wound you wouldn't go and set yourself
up to be hurt again
you would be wise and stay away
that's the way love is everyday
some people get hurt over and over again
you would think they would learn from loves past been
that love does not last forever
you will not always be together
Somthing always happens and good times will end
but dont worry you'll eventually mend
from loves past been
