Snow And Blood

In the winter, the snows, they fall down hard
They cover the trees and ground
The heavenly flakes swoop down like angels
But never make a sound

I watch the snowflakes fall down
I admire all their beauty
I try to catch one but it melts away
And leaves me feeling quite strangely

I try to catch another flake
But it still just melts away
This time its different, for it turns to blood
And there's nothing I can say

Soon the snow it changes color
It becomes a color I dread
The snow turns the winter into a terrible nightmare
Now everything is crimson and red

I try to avoid the snow
But it falls down ever harder
I look for someone to help me
To try and be my guarder

Now the skies are black
The trees are dead and bare
The bloody snow, it never stops
It just falls everywhere

But this snowy day is not a nightmare
Not even a bad dream
Its the truth in life, the terrible truth
Though it might not seem

The bloody snow is the future
You can't avoid it even if you try
And when it lands on your nose
You're ready to break down and cry
