Visions are so confusing
The reflections are so amusing
The sand of the hourglass slowly drips away
I wish my life would be here to stay
Why must my world tumble before my eyes?
Watching me as I cry and everyone around me dies
So many unanswered questions before me
Wondering where my life will be
Have I been deceived by my own sight?
Why am I being punished within their delight?
Morbid souls surrounding me from all sides
All I can hear is the crashing of the tides
Mirrors around me; trying to mess with my mind
Leaving me wandering; trapped within a bind
Like a mouse searching for cheese
Creeping upon me like a disease
Crippled and deranged from what I can see
I know this cannot be me
For I will forever be strong and wise
I am eternally with you; hypnotized
Without you my life will cease to be
I am here for you, just as you are here for me
So let us walk down the halls of memories
Reminding you of the old times, like stories
If fate lays within our hands
Then I have no more demands
Besides to always be with you
For you are my love, forever true

Bless it be…a blissful dream
