Prelude to me your cryptic words of key
Whisper unto me again of lovers true melody
Sing your soul and who you are so softly in my ear
Skip not one single note for you are everything I wish to hear
Rock me to sleep with your soothing lullaby
While wiping the tears so gently from my eye
Play so tranquil the strings of my heart
And promise me never shall we be apart
Sing to me so peacefully composed my dear
For if your music stopped I'd be lost upon my fear
For you see it is your symphony
That keeps my troubled mind at ease
And it's your hymn of promise I keep so safe inside
It's your lyrical love, Oh Precious One, that keeps me so alive
