I cannot say how
To show who I am,
You're the only one
who lets me know that I can.
When I'm around you,
I'm in a state of bliss.
Constant emotion,
Kind of like this:
A day in the park,
With a cool Summer breeze,
Your beautiful smile
Makes me weak in the knees.
Sitting beside you,
In a world without care,
As you gracefully let down
Your golden-blonde hair.

With you by my side,
My fears are defeated.
You make me feel wanted;
You make me feel needed.
You are like an earthly Angel,
Sent from above,
You've shown me serenity,
You've shown me true love.

You're the center of my soul,
The voice inside my head,
You make up my whole heart;
Without you I'd be dead.
All day long,
I'm thinking about you,
Just wanted you to know,
I'm lost without you.

When everyone else was gone,
You still remained there.
When no one else believed me,
You were the one that cared.
You've helped me through it all,
Through pain, and through sorrow,
You've helped me to believe that There's always a tommorrow.

You comforted my mind,
You helped me to see it through,
Without even knowing,
You've helped me start anew.


This poem was written for a girl that I like, one who really understands me
and accepts me for who I am.
She respects my Independence,
and likes how others' opinions don't really get to Me.
