Inside and out I am unalike
Out of a million flats, I am the spike
Do you love me for who I am
or who I was back then
I am no longer that sweet little Jen
Seconds pass by turning into an hour
And I achieve more of my own personal power
What I feel reflects on what I do
But really, does it mean anything to you?
I do what I like, don't try to stop me
The door is unlocked and I am free
Free from all assumptions, free from all your words
I am flying in the air higher than the birds
But if I fall don't try to catch
I will stand up untouched without a single scratch
I am not a label
Don't you try to give me one
I will never fit into any
Not living under this sun
I am my own person
I made myself this way
If you do not like me,
Then simply walk away.
