I'm standing’ here cryin’
On the side of the road
There’s no point left in trying
Because pretty soon I'll be dead
All the cars fly by
They blur in front of my eyes
Like my daddy said, “crying wont wash away your fears”
I was left here today,
All alone, cold and wet
Why hasn’t anyone come to save me yet?
I am abandoned
There is no one here to save me anymore
The road seems to disappear
Wasted away with a sea from my tear
My mind goes back to everything I once knew
The sky seems to fall and everything is blue
All of my hopes
And all of my dreams
Lost now, their gone forever, this will be.
My back slouches as I fall to the ground
Two minutes later my brain hears the sound
This is the day
And this is how everything will stay...
