because I wasnt thinking
I lost my only friend
now my whole life is sinking

I just wasnt thinking
I never knew that it would turn out so awful in the end
I looked into your eyes unblinking
and lied to myself again

I said I wasnt hurting anyone
The biggest lie to myself
would this pain have begun
If I wasnt hurting anyone else

I wasnt thinking so I made a mistake
and now I wish none of this was true
as my whole world begins to shake
because I wasnt thinking before I said yes to you
