We recollect these two beautiful years gone past,
And now I wonder to myself, "But why so fast?"
We had good times and laughter too.
There were all sorts of things we went through.
We all made mistakes; they help us learn!
That's what I tell my parents so that they don't punish me in
return.
Unfortunately, they never fall for it.
Just goes to show you, you can't escape life by wits.
At first I was "bummed out",
But now that I think about it I have no doubt
That it made me the better person I am today.
However, I'm not necessarily much smarter than I was yesterday.
I'll miss many things from this year.
Marian, brace yourself for what you're about to hear.
I won't ever miss running the mile each week!
Sorry, Marian, I really am trying to be meek.
Don't worry though, I'll miss you.
I'm sure everyone else will too.
And to DJ: I'll miss your country-singing-jolly-goodness.
Also all the "yummy" candy you always gave us.
Your class is always so fun.
No offense, but when the clock hit 2:45 we all got up to run.
Mark, I'll mis being the class clown,
And realizing that I can't anymore kind of brings me down.
But then I remember the time when I got to show my cartoon of Michael
Jackson for an assignment.
It always brings my emotions into alignment.
Now we can't forget that man we used to sass!
There was so much joy in that class.
Mr. Trevino, how's your son, Joey?
Does he still think I'm a part of the paparazzi?
Mr. Hein, he's a "word-buff."
He teached us about how to wrote English and stuff.
I never thought I'd say this in public,
But I miss the writing assignments, it was my best subect.
Up next is that "D-shaped-profile-man."
He's such a comedian.
Yes, he has a website too!
Guess what! He made it for all of you!
It's Mr. Hayes, the science teacher!
I'm going to miss you in the future.
Miss Dayna, you made an impact on me.
You told us to be all we could be.
Don't be silent, let the truth be set free!
You're the collest pregnant lady I know.
I don't know any others though...
But you're still the best one.
And your baby shower was loads of fun.
Bonjour, MIss Coopman, como tallet vous?
I learned so many new things from you.
Thank you, MIss Huffman, for teaching us for a short time.
All the way up to when I wrote this super long graduation rhyme.
I'd like to thank the little people, parents, friends, and teachers
too.
Which would pretty much be all of you.
I thank God to this day; may He bless you all.
I hope to see your return in the Fall.
