how to love and how to forget

i have been hurt by a friend
who will not be written

this words i speak are for her
you've stolen my heart

you blown me off way to many times
you have teased me to the end
you've mislead me once again

i've been cheated out of love
out of memory out trust

plz don't hurt me anymore tell me how you feel
