My head is spinning,
My emotions are winning,
Concentrate,

My soul is drowning,
My mind is pounding,
Concentrate,

My feeble attempts to win are failing,
My body is ailing,
Concentrate,

The darkness is surrounding,
The light is overpowering,
Concentrate,

My morals my dreams are slipping away,
I can’t seem to find my way,

The pressure is increasing,

I can’t seem to hold it in,
Concentrate,

Everything is blurring,
The emptiness is alluring,

The walls are closing in,
I can’t seem to win,

The hold is getting tighter,

My worlds is dissolving,

I am getting weaker,

I just want to rest,
