it starts out with an interest
it ends up with an addiction
each day goes by
each day i sit and cry
you never sleep
or eat any food
all i gotta say is “what’s wrong with you dude?”
you could have such a better life
but you choose to have the one you got
i could make you happy...or so i thought
drugs make you think they’re more important than everything else
but they’re not
do things for yourself
not for anyone else
don’t let the drugs control you
you may think they don’t
and you can stop whenever
but you’re wrong
and you’ll find out in time
you don’t need drugs to feel good about things
just think of the good things in your life
and take it from there
once you realize, you’ll get a big scare
and say “wow, what the hell did i do?”
drugs aren’t the answer
why don’t you get a clue
there’s better things in life to live for
like being with the one you love
or get a job so you can have some money
well this isn’t gonna change anything so why do i try
i don’t know i just want back my guy....
