Some live their lives like the caged bird
Locked up away and lonely
But I am strong
And live my life like the dove

I fly so far away
And always find my way home
I belong so high in the sky
Never tied down by this world

You can try to keep up
But you won't make it
My soul flies away each night
As I drift to a world of my own

These wings of mine
Carry me above the trees
Into the cloudless sky
The place where I belong

You can try to wonder
How high I will fly
But it's completely indescribable
I'll touch the clear, blue sky

Come with me
To my little place
There's always room
For just one more face
