We had such fun
Playing in the sun
At the end of the day
She would always say
"Time to put the toys away."

Before we went to bed
This is what I always said
"Tomorrow can we play
All the day away?"
Is what I would say.

She would reply
without a big sigh
"Yes tomorrow we can play
the day away."
Is what she would say.

Who am I talking about you might say?
Me and my grandma that's who!
Because everyday is when we play!
