Horrors And Happies

Sing us a song of
Candycanes and kisses
Puppies and kitties
Warm wollen mittens
Bright copper kettles
Brown paper packages
Tied up in string
And a few more of these is of what you'll sing

Candies and dandies called leions
Flowers fresh murdered
Cut down in their prime
Blooming proudly all in a line
Or a vase, you killed them
And that's just fine

Creepies and cuddlebugs
Crawling along really have
No place in this verse
But Happies and Horrors
Are what they really are
Hairy and disease-ridden
All of those bugs are
Still more of what you'll sing

Candies and starlets from
Pretty nice Charolotte
With her plack makeup
Her eyes and her lips
Fake tears grace her por-ce-lin cheeks

Horrors and Happies
Angries and sappies
spiders and ladybugs
Two sides of the mirror
With every look
See something different
A prince, now a spook

Don't you see where I'm going?
Those flowers in the vase
They're who you murdered,
And just for "good taste"
They can't defend themselves
But roses can
Thorns in your hand is of what you'll sing

The bugs that you crush
You think they're scary
And the fireflies that
You think are faeries
Your horrors and happies
That's what you'll sing
That's what we'll sing till the end of time

We'll sing our enchanting
Melodies and
Trap the people
They think it's pretty
But we're horrors and happies
They're angries and sappies
So here's of what you'll sing when to them you sing
