You hold my heart in your hands,
So please be gentle and understand,
My heart is weak and fragile,
It easily can break,
And I feel it getting heavier,
With every breath I take,
Are you strong enough?
Can you take the weight?
My heart is getting hotter,
And it's beginning to steam,
Are you strong enough?
Can you take the pain?
Or will you let my heart drop,
And shatter on the floor,
Leaving me here alone,
And not loving me anymore?
