If you color all of the days,
Colors of the rainbow,
Save one for black.
Dark and dreary this color may seem,
It is composed of so much,
Reds, browns, blues, yellows and greens,
It has a lot to tell.
Without this color none others be seen,
For it represents a lot,
Depression, cutting, and a lot of pain.
While the others are bright and cheery,
You need to see the dull,
And although its dark and dreary,
It takes a lot to know:
That For every color of the rainbow,
None would so special ,
If you didn’t know that happiness,
Runs its course through every life,
As so does pain.
But It takes one to know one,
And for ever drop of happiness,
You spread to others,
You can’t spread it,
With out spilling it on yourself.
So if you color all of the days,
Colors of the rainbow,
Save one for black.
