The worst addiction
it would never guessed
by anyone who had never been addicted
addicted to the feeling
the relief it seems to bring
the worst addiction

Your emotions are hurt
you go to the bathroom
or your room
witch ever is more comfortable
get out the blade
an cut your skin

The pain makes you feel better
feel like your emotional pain is less
you keep this up
every time you hurt,
an each time,
it seems to solve the problem


But it only leads to more problems
the cuts get more frequent
they get deeper
they get longer
and harder to hide

People find them and wonder
wonder what they are
you no they cant no
if they did you would be thought crazy

Yet you can’t stop
the feeling it gives you
the sight
the taste
of your own blood
becomes a need
an addiction that won’t stop
the worst addiction.
