Spinning

Everything is so blurry
Butterflies in my stomach
Can I hold them?
They flutter with anticipation ever time you speak my name
With that husk
The air smelling of vanilla
Sweet tea on the table
Wet rings on a coaster
Things to come
Come in my bed
Gently
Moan beautifully
Gasp with wanton need
Purr my name
Rock slowly
As you spin my wheel
We'll share the stars
Listen to silent parade of drums
Our hearts
Slowly spinning
Our lives around each other
Across the universe
You came to me
Find release
As the kiss of dawn reaches black velvet skies
I love you
And the world just keeps spinning
In my child like way I got up to start spinning
