They say darkness has no pain
And it can take it all away
Maybe that is why
I havent seen the light of day

I open my eyes to blackness
Here there's no such thing as sound
My hand reaches out to nothing,
As i sink into the ground

My breath is now slipping
Pools of shadows at my neck
The sound of your voice
Im starting to forget

Happiness now torn
Memories now gone
Maybe i belong here
Maybe all along

But still i struggle
And force my self to fight
I wont fall into darkness
And never see the light
