Hate, anguish, despair,

My mind, my soul, my demons' lair.

Enter within, and witness the fray,

The insidious plagues that torment my days.

Never do I achieve a moment of peace,

For stirring within lies the wretched beast.

The hellish darkness of my past is visible to those that can see,

Ever vigilent and waiting, to pounce and consume me.

This black, evil apparition is a thorn in my side,

Driving me to suicide.

The only thing that stops me is my old tortured soul,

But alas, that too, has become a black hole.
