Blurred in this blunder of a world I remain free
Freely tied among your everlasting leash
Greatly remembering how it used to be,
How I strived to become unleashed

Uniquely similar, before and after
Is it not funny, how nothing’s changed?
You cried and I stayed thereafter
Feelings inside- do subside, but I remain forever deranged

Weakness in my lonely heart,
Fills my trembling emotions with emptiness
Blinded by your words, I refuse to depart
Chained to your cold spirit, I’m no longer blessed
