As I watch the stars fall,
As I watch my life fall apart,
As I watch you cry,
As I watch myself fail,
I find out all is not as it should
For my anger has clouded me, faded my vision, misted my way

As every night passes
And I sit here crying
I look to the stars above for hope,
Yet only to see them fall,
Falling like I am

As I see all hope fading,
And my life to fall apart
I scream for you there to make it alright
I wish day and night for better

As I sit by your side,
And watch you cry
I hold you tight
I tell you it’s alright
And now as I cry,
I hope for the same

As I fail in everything I do,
As my life falls apart,
As I do the things I do to make you cry,
As I’m falling down,
I ask “why me?”
I ask “how did I not see this coming?”

Now I realize my anger that I have bottled up inside me has done all this,
Has made me fail,
Has made me fall,
Has made you cry,
Has made me lose all hope,

And now as I’m faded, I ask,
Please, O please won’t you help me,
Help me find my way again…
