Morning After

The ground smells of sex, and these sheets are damp covered in our bodies,
tangled up in eachother. a night i wont forget, your smile next to my face,
and the scent of perfume left on my clothes you wore the morning after,
after we exposed eachother in the deepest way, i cant write down in words
how we felt like one, as our bodys collided and my hands brush against your
face, and curl your hair between my shaking fingers. your hands stay pinned
at your side, As we move to the rythem of our hearts, we just let it all
go.

Sun is rising, and the fog is lifted..life is being lived to its fullest,
please dont make this end. you will end up with me at the end of this cold
winter night.

Left it all behind, let it out, didnt care about the future. it was only you
and me baby, here locked inside of my room..with 20 people outside getting
drunk, and 2 beers in my hand, set them down, and crawl next to you. your
angel hair spread across my pillow, and your angel hands on my face.. god
damn this just feels so perfect, light the candles on the dresser. and dont
forget to turn the lights off behind you, jump back on and take me away....
