The boy who has everything
Feels as though he has nothing
Cars, friends, money
All mean nothing to him

He wants more than just those simple things
He wants something he can’t find
He wants the love he never felt in his heart
The one thing his parents can’t provide

He may not be the cutest man
But smarts he has for sure
He isn’t a very worldly man
He can be quite immature
But only he knows what he wants
A love that’s very pure
A woman that will be by his side
And love him for what its worth

He was a young man
Not even considered a man at the time
He had a lot of friends
He was a friend of mine

Too bad he was impatient
A flaw he learned very young
He thought he wouldn’t ever find her
And left this world behind

He wanted love so badly
And went looking everywhere
The good places, the bad,
And those inbetween
He never found what he was looking for
He had overlooked his queen

I thought that he would be all right
I thought that he would one day see
That I could be the girl for him
The love of his dreams
But instead he decided
That he was no good to the world
He ended every chance he had
For me to be his one and only girl
