The tear still remains
Through trouble and strife
It speaks words
By showing pain
The tear still remains
At times when I needed to push away
I hold the tightest
Hoping to forget the sorrow
And start a new day
But the tear still remains
When I hold steady,hold fast
But am to weak to speak
The tear has gotten out
Words the mouth could never say
Its showed emotions
And stuck by me
Never has it left
Or said any negative things
Its always there
Never gone
Always waiting
To sing me a sorrowful song…
…the tear still remains …
