My Undying Confession

I ask myself everyday:
If I were to die right now,
would I be happy?
As of now, if I were to die,
I would not truly die...
I would be living a bliss.

Why do I say this?

I say this because everytime you
wrap you arms around me
I feel more complete...
And with every kiss,
I'm getting even happier.

If I must die...

I want my dying thought
to be of you.
I think it's beautiful how everything
else can be taken away from me
except my thoughts of you...
of all things aside from my love,
only the memories can last
forever.

And when I die...

I wish to be
held in your arms...
for the embrace
would be eternal.

*AUTHORS NOTE*
This poem has no true rhyme, but I spilled a lot of emotion into it. These
are really deep feelings that I have for someone, and of all the poems I
wrote, I think that this one described it the best.
