Professor Heartbreaker

professor heart breaker, so much experience
tell me, does it ever hurt to see them die in your hands?
while you move on to the next victim?
cunning glints in your drunken eyes
let the world fade as she moves closer to you
and let the reasons for the negative
become as unimportant as your girlfriend is to you
rest your hand on her thigh and lead her to your room
close the door and dim the lights
let her sit in your lap while you ...
an impressionable being of great beauty and pleasing skill
and a tender heart, so easily punctured
although not damaged by your coarse hand
and let the liquor in your breath stain the scent of toothpaste in her own
your bland lips caress her own of eager
her cold sweat dampens your own skin
as the sheets become ruffled
and as the party outside the door hears moans from within
tonight is her night
but she fails to believe that it will be someone else's tomorrow
