The Elements Of A Gift Not Wanted

The elements of love and lust
Often lead to mistakes chemically combined to never give and always take
Sometimes a word, a want, or a need can also lead to a planted seed
Never thought of, but conceived

During the climax of burning desire
Body scorched, hot like fire
Time passes…. hours, days, even weeks
Muscles grow limp, body gets weak
In view of its porcelain grave
It exits to meet its final stage

Miscarriage…. the loss of a life, the gain of strife
Your life, like missing pieces of a jigsaw puzzle
The prostitution of an abused, mangled vessel
Day in and day out, you give in and put out
Allowing your hurt to continuously attack
You let your mind be haunted by emotions that are taunted
Now you’re left with the elements of a gift not wanted
