slip away

back broken
slit wrist

living a lie
losing this fight

away from this life

numb
uncontrolled
slip away
from this cold

this may not be my fight
but it is my life
slip away
down the blade of a knife

I didn’t wanna let go
I really wanted to stay
but you pushed me off the edge
and watched me slip away
