Drowning in the fear
Smothered in the shadows

I’m not hiding yet the only one around
Visions of evil before my eyes

It’s dark now and things aren’t what I thought
I’m standing alone in this charred world
Like it were a web, in the darkness I’m caught

You can’t see me but I’m always near
Choking on my own soul
So I sold it to relieve the fear
Standing lost in the dark

I cry and no one’s here to wipe the tears
I yell but you just look away
I’ve been alone for years
And it gets worse each day

My heart is black and empty
My soul is void
Right here is where I’ll be
