then why'd i break your heart
and let you walk away so easily
without putting up a fight!
you told me that you loved me
and i loved you unconditionally
i thought our love wouold be strong
and conquer all
but everyday it has a different way of telling me
im slowly losing it
im trying to be strong
but my feelings i can't hide
you took your bow and arrow
and aimed it at my heart
you watched slowly taking over me
then left me torn apart
my you for you and memories
is all i hold onto
you're runnning through my head nonstop
and i can't help but pray at night
for god to give me one more chance to beith you again
i've asked you many times before
to please forgive me one more time
but no matter what in my heart is where you will remain
im living with this guilt and pain
of a simple action done
that ruined our relationship
and that's why i'm asking why
