The light in my eye faded
Just as i faded away from exsistence
Until you noticed me
Sitting in the dark corner
With my head down hugging my knees
You knelt down
And took my hand
Helped me up
And asked me to dance
I searched your eyes
Looking to see
If the sincerity was true
But i saw more
I saw truth, honesty
and most important
Love
You smiled
and for the first time
I felt happy
