Embedded deep within his walls
are scars beyond repair
Behind his stern brave face you’ll find
abrasions unaware
Hidden secrets kept securely locked
within a sullen place
A shield of silence, wall of defiance,
no one can penetrate
Eyes devised for radar scanning
from intruders that might reveal his scars
His world is filled with loneliness
stained so deep within his soul
Barriers so firmly stand,
looking in seems so cold
A wound that never seem to heal
without the proper care
If you look a little closer now
you would see a defiant stare
Tears he shed in silent dreams
will always tell his tale
This boy was once a boy
When a stranger took his hope
Now that He has grown into a man
His struggles is to cope
