"Baby you don't have to-
not unless you want.
But know that I love you,
and it would make our love so strong."

Those words she was told
that hot summer night
and she didnt withhold-
though she knew it wasn't right.

She didn't want to-
but his eyes, they pleaded-
her love and affection
was all that he "needed."

So she gave it all away
as if the consequences wouldnt be lifechanging-
but the price she'd have to pay-
would later leave her begging.

When she found out she was pregnant,
regret filled her being,
he didnt bother to return her calls,
so much for prince charming!!

****
Two years later she sells her body on the street,
she has to get food on the table,
and keep shoes on her little boys' feet.

She remembers that night-
as clear as a bell-
but now she wished she didnt-
it had brought her to this hell.

***
10 years later shes in the hospital with a "disease"-
she knew in her heart
she was dying of std's.

*
Not soon after, she died an unhappy woman.
That hot summer night-
had led to her ruin.

So those are just a few of the things that'll be at stake
and before you sleep with "just anyone"
-remember you have to live as well as die with the choices you make.
