Rush of cold air as I step out the door
Look over my shoulder and smile
Look to the sky and scream to the sun
"Since we talked Its been quite a while"
Play with my toes in the grass
Giggle and laugh and catch butterflies
Lift my hands to the sky and spin
This is why we all have second tries
Lay on the cool pavement in the shade
Whisper to yourself secretly
Wave to everyone walking by
And make everyone see

You've got a second chance
And they could too
You were depressed and lonely
But you made it through
