I stand here day after day
Waiting for your arrival
I know your not coming back
Not now, not ever.
The night is cold and dark
The wind blows mildly
Cutting through my skin
Chilling me to the bone.
I hear a voice in the night
It gave me such a fright
It sounded much like you
But, where did it come from?
You've gone and left me here alone
Its just me

Why did you leave?
