The wind gently blew,
Creating diminutive wrinkles,
In the crystalline waters,
Of the once still lake.
The Lush green trees,
Waved sleepily,
To the yawning moon.
As the opulent raspberry bushes,
Daintily sang their song.
Near the lakes edge,
Sat a ponderous boulder.
Which stretched itself,
Over the water.
And there,
Under the star lit sky,
You and I lay,
Blissfully embracing one-another.
We softly gazed,
Into each-other's eyes.
As though we were seeking,
An insignificant piece of heaven.
Solemnly, we confessed,
To one another,
Our undying love and devotion.
That night,
I will forever endear.
For it was the night,
That I saw heaven in your eyes. . .
