The pain is endless
A never ending circle.
I wish it would just stop,
If only for a moment.
There is no joy in me
No happiness to behold.
Only lonliness and hurt.
Only despair and turmoil.
But one thing I am told,
"Everybody hurts"
If that is really so,
Why can't I just accept it.
Why shouldn't I just end it,
And take myself to a place of peace.
Where the sun always shines
And the moonbeams rain down.
To cover me with their glory
To shower me with their love.
I see no end in sight,
I hear no ending buzzer.
So I will end it myself
And rest in peace and harmony.
