It's funny how you'll speak of pain,
like you're the only one who's hurt.
It's funny how you'll tell me things,
that you contradict on the phone.
It's funny how you'll lay the blame,
on me for all that has happened.
It's funny how you'll make me cry,
and then take back what you had said.
It's funny how I sit here now,
wondering what to say to you.
But the funniest thing of all, you see,
is that this wasn't so funny... at all.
