Beneath stone coating,
They live,
Watching my every move.
Calculating when to strike,
To claim my immortal soul.
Lips pulled back,
Revealing grotesque smiles,
Stone eyes cold and hard,
Wearing my defenses down.
Fear creeps slowly,
up and down my spine,
till i shiver and shake,
and hide away from all.
Voices ring within my head,
To end my life with a slash.
Into their eyes I stare in fear,
My stone idols,
I once loved.
