In your eyes
the lilacs bloom,
the currents rise
on a new moon.

A tender soul
I sense within,
an honest heart
a gust of wind.

Amongst your light
the fireflies gather,
a blinding glow
lets me know i matter.

In the sea of your spirit
is where I long to be,
I'm screaming to the heavens
to keep you close to me.

So let me rest
in the depths of your stare,
knowing when I need you
you're sure to be there.

In that immense abyss
it seems that I am found,
please take me to
the oasis that is you,
where no walls will be bound.
