In my dreams my problems lay
neglected in the dark of night
never to see a ray of sunlight
And there you see, is dismay
floating away on a raincloud
and drifting out of sight
anger is eliminated
with every blink of my eye
Here you can't hurt me
I can't hurt you
and no one ever dies
So one night
come with me into my dreams
where you'll find tranquility
rising with the morning light
that's where you'll breathe the air of paradise
as the stars up above shine bright
where love and beauty live long and strong
and the angels sing their welcome song
