Sometimes she walks in the room
and doesn't even notice the stares
All she feels is the doom
of impending lustful glares

Sometimes she turns out the light
and all of her beauty is awash
in the room's dark fanciful flights
she is beautiful and doomed

Often she doesn't even care
she cannot meet their eyes
All she can feel is aware
that she is the desired prize

On long days like this one
when nothing is new
the beautiful girl becomes undone
her makeup is blue
her tears are red
and all of the world is her pain

What girl doesn't know if she's lovely
this girl knows only of lust
her innocence captured at a young age
and her symmetrics soon turn to dust... if only she knew
