Thousand Words

A star conceals a thousand words
fall leaves, orange and grey skies
the dream sealed in the envelope
a time to sing, a time to grow up
promises in the sandy moonlight
swirls of sounds
and whispers from your mouth

That mad silence
the same sad silence
and in your eyes
I sense a sad story
I need to know more
I don't want to fall apart in your heart
the sun of everyone's body

A picture can tell a thousand stories
especially you, smiling and always true
the shadow of you in the dusk
I see your heart you've fallen apart
a poison filled with laughter and pain
